“A very talented group. Like Dschinn, My Solid Ground and Haze they were among those early Bacillus signings that disappeared after one promising album. Frame of Mind was recorded with Peter Hauke in the Dierks Studio, Stommeln (have you ever wondered how they managed to produce such a great bunch of albums?). Frame's sound was quite refined and lyrical - melodic heavy progressive rock influenced by folk and classical music. Instrumentally, it was centred around a confident and forceful hammond organ. In some ways their music was similar to Murphy Blend, but slower and more polished. Songs like "Winter" and "All I Really Want Explain" have an everlasting appeal: mellow heavy rock ballads from the golden age of 'progressive' music and long before The Scorpions completely destroyed this genre's reputation! Frame could also be more powerful and heavy in their approach, as documented by "If" and "Penny For An Old Guy". This very appealing album had a great psychedelic artwork and of course a fold-out cover. Originals are now very rare. Some years after the disappearance of Frame, both Cherry Hochdorfer and Wolfgang Claus resurfaced in the group Pell Mell, in time for their great symphonic rock album Only A Star (1978).” Extracted from "Cosmic Dreams At Play" website.

Record is VG++ but have 2 thin surface scratch on beginning of each side witch doens't disturb playing but might product light clicks in spots, still VG+.

Gatefold cover is VG++, with light spine wear. I've made a nice and almost invisible touch-up on top right.

Bid with confidence: we grade the records we offer with integrity and accuracy, so that’s why we always list defects (if any) rather than just provide a grade. Be sure to check our current auctions for items similar to this one. We are from this school that claim: "no record can ever be mint". We don't use mint grading in our scale, as we believe that, if such grade is suitable for stamps or cards, it's not realistic and applicable to record.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost per piece will be reduced in case of multiple records wins. This cost is of course reduced if you are located inside Quebec province. Registration service is no more offered by Canadian post for small parcels. These prices are settled reflecting Canada post costs and are building-in the costs of physical shipping garnishing. For your convenience, you can buy several items to cut down on shipping cost per piece.

Regular AIR-MAIL shipping for one single record (up to 500 gr. w/mailer) to continental NORTH-AMERICA excluding Mexico is 6 euros. For 500 grams to 1 KG it’s 8 euros (you can usually fit up to 3 LPs in the same mailer without hitting this 1 KG mark.)

Regular AIR-MAIL shipping for one single record (up to 500 gr. w/ mailer) WORLDWIDE is US$11 euros.  For 500 grams to 1 KG it’s  20 euros (you can usually fit up to 3 LPs in the same mailer without hitting this 1 KG mark.)

Regular SURFACE shipping for one single record (up to 500 gr. w/ mailer) to continental NORTH-AMERICA excluding Mexico is 5 euros. For 500 grams to 1 KG it’s 6 euros (you can usually fit up to 3 LPs in the same mailer without hitting this 1 KG mark.)

Records are removed from their covers for shipping in order to prevent from seam knifing (unless it's sealed) and are covered on both sides with plastic cellular air sheet to protect them from the scary outside world. We pack in brand new, proper record mailers, not in pizza boxes or used record mailers who had crossed the Atlantic 12 times. If you believe these supplementary protections aren’t enough, let us know.

Payment Options

PayPal is accepted under a 5% overcharge on top of the total cost (including shipping) to cover currency exchange. If you pay but forget to include the overcharge, we’ll be forgetting to send your LP via air-mail and we will be sending it via surface.

**PINK** IPMO (which stands for International Postal Money Order) from **POST OFFICE** (not from bank). You can exclusively get those in American and Canadian post offices. Don’t send green ones; we can’t cash them here in Canada. They’re safe and secure as: 1- They are “locked”: only buyer or seller can cash the money order; 2- This money order can't bounce because it's already paid; 3- Buyer can claim his money back if payment mysteriously vanish in postal service sausage machine.

US$, CA$ or Euro € cash in registered/unregistered letter. If you live in Eastern Europe or South/Central America, **DON’T EVEN TRY THIS!**

Please NO PERSONNAL/CASHIER/CERTIFIED CHECKS or MONEY ORDER from BANK or from financial institute: our bank does hold money for ages. If any of those mentioned in this paragraph is the only way you can pay, we can work on an agreement.

If you send payment through snail-mail, please make your address readable because this address will be pasted on the parcel.

Excuses are accepted, but not as a form of payment. Please pay inside reasonable time frame or provide a reason for delaying, this is a question of convenience. We reserve the right to cancel auction and re-list record if its not paid inside timely manner.

Refund/Return Policy

Refund/return are “case by case” agreement, upon discussion. We are human, we can make mistakes, we give you credit, please give us too. Always give us a chance of recovery before leaving feedback if there’s a problem.

Feel at ease to e-mail for extra pictures, track listing or bad jokes. Total is provided manually no more than 2 days after auction end. If you don't have the $ ready to go for the record you might be bidding on, please do us both a favour and don't bid. Service également offert en Français.
