FRANK LOWE QUARTET - OUT LOUD - 2-LP Limited Edition Numbered Promo P/550
2014 Promo Limited Edition 2-LPs hand-numbered copy No P/550 in gatefold sleeve on Triple Point Records label, catalogue number TPR 209. 1970s free jazz by the Frank Lowe Quartet [Frank Lowe (sax, flute, voice), Joseph Bowie (trombone), William Parker (bass), Steve Reid(drums)] originally recorded New York 1974 on tapes intended to be the quartet's 2nd album but not released until 2014 in this expanded format with Ahmed Abdulla (trumpet) guesting on one track. Complete with full-colour illustrated 38-page booklet.
The 2 discs have an unplayed appearance. We have not played them to preserve their almost-certain mint condition. The great 36-page illustrated booklet is in fantastic condition but the rear top corner is creased (from careless insertion into sleeve - not by us!) the very thick card gatefold sleeve is near mint and has "promo P" written on in black ink.
