REPRISE 5 RI 501. MEGA ultra rare box set 5 LP ITALY issue of Frank Sinatra's "A MAN AND HIS MUSIC" issued to commerate his 25th year in show business. I'm not sure if they were ever sold, or just given out to VIP's in the business (Sticker "disco campione non vendible" on the logo) . It features a 3 dimensional slipcase with a plastic .Inside there is a card with the number and the signature of FRANK SINATRA. this as # numbered 0488, and hand signed by Frank Sinatra.
