Description
This numbered limited edition box set contains16 LPS all original in their original modified by MFSL jackets and silver sleeves. It's a unique design, I have not seen on any other MFSL sets.
The outer box is in fair shape (considering it was on my uncles shelf for with some shelf wear, surface marks/scratches, gouges, and cardboard separations in certain areas - I tried to detail as many flaws as I could. The snap closure works. The sleeves are in good condition with one of them having a small area where the glue has dried up and needs to be reglued. Elmers is fine for this, as I have a second set which has the same issue. The design of this set was a bit strange. These are NOT normal record sleeves. Do your research before buying. The actual record sleeve is enclosed in a Silver "Sinatra" sleeve. All the records appear to my eye as EX, with th exception of RECORD 8 "ONLY THE LONELY" as there is a faint scratch on Track 2. I tried to capture that in the last picture, but it doesn't show up. The records are HEAVY VINYL and are mostly EX to MINT. Center hole shows no use. The incredibly shiny vinyl is hard to photograph in the photo booth, which reflects the "Orange Peel" foil used on the sides, and the circular LED on top.
Please be aware this set does NOT come with the "Geo-Disc"
I am starting this bidding at a VERY reasonable opening bid, given the crappy condition of the box. I am a person with "Collectors OCD", so I rate everything lower that it may appear to someone else. I never "oversell" anything, as I do not want to disappoint!!
This is also a VERY HEAVY SET, so unfortunately shipping VIA UPS GROUND will be priced by your distance from zip code 11214. This set will be WELL PACKED IN A LARGE BOX WITH HEAVY PROTECTION,
I would encourage LOCAL PICK UP.
