I AM NOT AN EXPERT, BUT I AM A RECORDED MUSIC ENTHUSIAST.
MY OPINION ON CONDITION OF THIS AWESOME LP IS AS FOLLOWS:

Very clean Discreet yellow label with no spindle marks, wear or blemishes.
Record Grading: (VG+)
NICE HEAVY OLD SCHOOL VINAL.
IT IS NOT PARTICULARLY DIRTY. BUT I HAVE NOT CLEANED IT.
TESTED- NO SKIPS ,, SOUNDS GREAT.
Record surface is bright and glossy with wispy hairline sleeve scuffing...plays crisp and loud with minimal background or surface noise and occasional light crackle or soft pop or tick more audible during quiet sections. Slight bit of wavyness when it turnes on the table,,, but it still sounds clear, loud and awesome.
Sleeve Grading: good + See pictures
Fully intact, bright and glossy sleeve cover has name on front and light corner all around , wrinkle bottom left and in various places on the back, original owner's initials rear back right top corner. Light edge and ring wear; spine is in tact not completely legible.
