You are bidding on an LP on the Slipped Disc Records label, by Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart "Metal Man Has Hornet's Wings", and featuring a variety of rare recordings.
The album has a paper cover which fits over the plain white cardboard sleeve. The record itself has a generic Slipped Disc label on each side.

The cover is worn, with a split along about half of the top seam.Winner pays $4.00 for shipping and handling via first class mail.
