The classic FIRST PRESS of the MOTHERS OF INVENTION featuring FRANK ZAPPA double Lp FREAK OUT on the BLUE and SILVER VERVE label.
The vinyl still retains good sheen - when held under a bright light there are lots of visible marks both hairlines and some more noticeable marks and blemishes particularly on Disc 2. Disc 1 overall plays very well and is graded EXCELLENT MINUS Disc 2 is graded VERY GOOD PLUS - it has some surface noise audible in places including a series of ticks on the last track on Side 3
The BLUE and SILVER VERVE record labels are graded VERY GOOD PLUS with some visible spindle marks.
The thick card GATEFOLD PICTURE Sleeve featuring the FREAK OUT HOT SPOTS MAP text as per 1st PRESS copies of this Lp is graded VERY GOOD PLUS - lots of marks and edge rub, some visible ring wear and a 15cm split to the top opening. The spine remains strong and 100% legible.
