From my personal collection is this fantastic FOUR LP boxed set from the one and only Frank Zappa.
What we have here are four 12" vinyl LPs in a custom box, the front and back of the box having full colour slicks. The music contained on these discs is a selection of live recordings from Zappa's last US tour in early 1988, with his amazing 12-piece band. The tracks included here are from a variety of different shows, and the track list spans Zappa's career, from the early days right on through the next 20 years.
Of interest is the appearance of Sting to perform with Zappa's band the Police b-side "Murder by Numbers".

ConditionThe box is in nice condition, some discolouration from age on the front slick, and minor sticker residue, otherwise looking good. Someone has written the names of the band members neatly on the rear slick. This same person has written the song titles neatly in pen on the underside of the lid. The top cover is split (1cm) on the top left corner, otherwise the box is intact and solid all round. Pretty good for an item now around 20 years of age.
The vinyl is in gorgeous, excellent to near-mint condition, nice and shiny under light with only the slightest of marks to be seen upon very close inspection. The discs in fact look to have been rarely if ever played. The labels are likewise clean and free of marks.
