Description

Here we have a superb condition copy of an original first pressing of Hot Rats by Frank Zappa on the Gold and Green Reprise label with its Riverboat design, which will give you all a clue as to the age and provenance of the vinyl. The record is heavy and thick, playing with a quality of sound that is as good as you’re ever going to hear, almost like a new record. There are a couple of hairline marks which have no adverse effects on the sound. The matrix numbers in the dead wax have A-1 and B-1 after them, which again points to a first pressing. There is a little wear to the cover, but the spine is still just legible. A Classic album by a Classic musician, this would be a ‘must have’ for any discerning collector. Come and have a look.
