Description
Fabulously rare copy of "Live in Europa" by Frank Zappa. Ostensibly issued by Electrecord Records of Romania under license from Black Panther records. Who knows what that really signifies, but the music is FZ and the Mothers from 1968, based upon the material, which is pretty similar to a show I saw in New York at Town Hall in December of 1967. Several long medleys (You Didn't Try to Call Me/Petrushka/Bristol Stomp/Baby Love) and (Blue Suede Shoes/Hound Dog/Gee) and more with good sound. Cover is thin paper laminated with a image of Jimmy Carl Black with FZ mustache and soul patch. Cover has very slight wear, record is mint minus.
Grading:
Grading is VISUAL; occasional play-grading will be noted. M : Mint. Only when the record is sealed.
NM : Near Mint.
Record = is as good as new and clear. May have some minor paper scuffs or tiny hairlines.
Cover = as new with maybe the slightest signs of wear on corners, edges, spine or surface.
EX : Excellent.
Record = Still very clear with a few hairlines and some small scuffs.
Cover = there is a bit wear on corners, edges and surface.
VG+ : Very Good+.
Record = clear but you can see some hairlines and/or some small scuffs across the surface.
Cover = is still looking good but there is some wear, on corners & edges,slight creasing. There is a bit ring-wear and a small green tag on the front-side. without any major defects, is acceptable.
VG : Very Good.
Record = There are lines, scuffs and/or swipes across the surface.
Cover = there is real wear on corners, edges and spine. There are splits in the seams, serious ring-wear or surface-wear, small mark from a price sticker.
G : Good.
Record = when I put a record on Ebay with this grade then it well be a very rare one. In that case I will describe the imperfections on this record in detail.
Cover = this cover has been mended to keep it from falling apart. Look at the photo to have a better idea of the condition.
