This is the very first 1969 outing for Uncle Meat in the UK. The regular UK pressing company refused to press the record because of the explicit lyrics contained on the album.
Transatlantic (a traditional folk label) agreed to press the record under licence but only pressed a few hundred before Reprise found a larger pressing company.
Not only is this rare, the label has track 3 on Side A as "400 Days of the Year" (see scan) while the cover credits the track as "Nine Types of Industrial Pollution".

Cover: Excellent. The cover differs from all later pressings by having the 'Transatlantic' logo on the front adjacent to the traditional Bizarre logo.

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
