Record is EX to NM-

Cover is VG: Corner, seam and ring wear. Top seam has 3-4" split on back gatefold and 1-2" splits. Bottom seam has 3-4" split and 1-2" split both on back gatefold. Spine is peeling but is not splitting. Look at pictures!!! Cove is not in great shape but is NOT falling apart!!!
