SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES!! This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1971 U.S. MGM RECORDS YELLOW LABEL PROMO COPY of the LP titled 'The Worst Of The Mothers' from Frank Zappa's legendary early crazy progressive band The Mothers Of Invention. It is MGM Records catalog number SE 4754, thick rigid vinyl pressing, yellow label promo copy with an inscription to that effect on the labels, which also have one additional inscription to that effect which does not appear in my accompanying image. There is also an oval shaped factory sticker affixed to the back cover indicating a DJ copy. Tracks: Help I'm A Rock, Anyway The Wind Blows, Flower Punk, You Didn't Try To Call Me, Take Your Clothes Off When You Dance, Motherly Love, MomAnd Dad, Mother People, Wowie Zowie, Status Back Baby. Condition of record is a real nice NM- with all original gloss and just a couple of extremely light and barely visible surface marks which only show up under strong light, cannot be felt, and have no effect on play. Labels have no problems at all. Conditon of cover is a mid VG+ with a small round indentation in the front cover, a couple of small wrinkles, a little contact wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers other than the aforementioned factory DJ sticker. This LP would be a choice addition to any Frank Zappa or progressive rock record collection!
