UK UNITED ARTISTS. UA (1971). Double LP set with booklet and sticker.
(No poster). This set is in Ex to Ex+ condition!  The sleeve sticker is unpeeled, intact and free of wear.

First press 1971 UK double LP copy with gatefold sleeve in EX condition. Vinyl grades EX to EX+.
Fairly rare and much rarer if found in nice condition like this one.

This has the original Patent Numbered paper inner sleeves, in lovely untorn, intact condition.

Some of my photos show textured banding and colour faults at times - this is my camera on its last legs, not a fault with the item itself!


The gatefold sleeve is superb, with only minimal signs of handling. It grades Excellent at least, probably Ex+ to some. This one is really clean and devoid of the issues which usually plague this type of double opening thick Gatefold cover. No discolouration, no bends, no writing, no sticker marks, no tears - just the very lightest handling and storage wear in places. Fully intact and legible spine and edges showing a little bit of storage wear and rubbing. Very clean reverse of cover too - only a hint of ring wear at the top which is nigh on impossible to avoid with a thickly packaged set such as this. The vinyl has a very few wispy surface marks in places and some very slight noise in quieter passages, so grades between EX and EX+ maybe even better. Very, very respectable copy, so rarely found like this.

The time has come for me to start selling off big chunks of my otherwise 'keeper' collection. Some of these records are incredibly hard to find in such superb condition. Some particular records I have bought two or three times over - just to get that special 'keeper' copy. These listings are the fruits of my collecting effort which spans over 25 years.

Regarding postage and shipping:  I am not Amazon.com.  I go to the post office once or possibly twice a week.  During the holidays it will be increasingly painful, so be patient.  "Priority mail" means it goes by air...it does not mean it goes out in the next hour.  I have never had a package lost and have never had any complaints about packing - in fact my packaging rates among the best on eBay. I use cruciform mailers (usually doubled-up) and loads of parcel tape to ensure a strong package.

I have no need to use the words MEGA, ULTRA, or c**p on about how many of these LPs got trashed at parties. I try to avoid exhaustive usage of exclamation marks in my honest descriptions and I also avoid the over-use of CAPITAL letters (unless they are used for relevant emphasis to my auction description) and I do not wish to shout at my buyers. I know that you know about the records you wish to purchase. One other thing - I do not sell items which have had the opening edges of the cover trimmed by a guillotine or blade to make the covers appear in better condition. Some other sellers do this as a regular practice, and it's just not on.
