Description

This auction is for an original 1959 45 rpm record and picture sleeve by Frankie Avalon with the Top 40 (#1) release of  "Venus" b/w "I'm Broke" on Chancellor Records #1031. The record has nice glossy vinyl with a few light "paper" scuffs. Playback is nice, clean with good sound and vocals, no detectable background noise. The sleeve is in pretty nice shape, good color and solid edges (no seam splits) with very little surface wear. Sleeve has some light handling wear. Please view photos for overall condition. Record and sleeve get an Excellent rating.
