VERY RARE RECORD AND THIS ONE ON ACE 527 IS IN VG++ CONDITION...LAST ONE PUT UP ON EBAY PULLED IN OVER $100. ONE OF THE FAVORITE RECORDS IN MY COLLECTION. I HAVE HAD THIS ONE SINCE THE 50S WHEN I WAS JUST A TEEN... BEEN IN A BOX IN THE CLOSET FOR OVER 40 YRS...BOUGHT A CD YEARS AGO JUST FOR THIS ONE SONG, AND RETIRED MY 45.
