Description
Welcome to Across the Tracks Music Store
This listing is for a 7 inch vinyl Single from:
Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons
Title: The Night
The B side is: When The Morning Comes
Catalogue number MW 3024
Label: Mowest
Release Year: 1975 - this is a reissue of the 1972 original issue. It was re-released in 1975 because of being so in demand on the Northern Soul dancefloors.
This is a well known Northern Soul classic song, and popular outside of the genre too.
The single plays really well on the A side, and plays to a Near Excellent standard.
The B side does have some very slight crackles which do disperse as the song plays. The A Side , The Night, is the dominant side and sounds great.
Overall the grade would be VG+ because of the B side, but the A side plays much better than that & is a definite Near Excellent.
The record comes in a new retro style repro Mowest sleeve.
The record label is free of any writing or stickers.
This is an essential Northern Soul record if you love the genre and a timeless song from Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
Please do ask any questions you may have before bidding if you need assistance. Grading
I use the Rare Record Guide matrix as a guideline and Discogs and other sites, but also prefer to listen to the vinyl where possible and not just visually grade the condition.
