FRANKIE YANKOVIC 78 RPM POLKA RECORDS - UNSOLD STORE STOCK
For sale are fifty shellac Frankie Yankovic, 78 RPM Columbia and Continental, shellac records.
They came out of a store called Balkan Records.
Balkan Records was a record company, recording studio and retail store in Berwyn, Illinois. They specialized in Slavic music and ethnic folk music in general. Originally on Chicago's 18th St in 1940, they were at this location from 1954 to 1977.
When it closed, one of the last employees removed much of the remaining record stock to his home rather than trash it. It sat there till 2021, when he passed away. I acquired these and many more for use in CD releases of Balkan folk music. These records, while in excellent condition, could not be legally put to commercial use.

Some explanatory images:
You can find most or all of the titles On Line.
Some or all may have been auditioned by potential customers, as was the custom at that time. A few may have belonged to the eployee who rescued them Nevertheless, most of these records look to be in E+ to M- condition. About 25% were doubles, and I chose the better of the two or three for this listing. A few reach down to a rating of E-. Most are like these two examples:
You will never find a Yankovic collection as in this excellent condition.
I will ship double boxed and by USPS MEDIA MAIL to save you money unless otherwise desired.
