Grade Disc: EX+
Very clean
Sleeve (insert): EX- to EX
Also clean except for a little bit of bending

SLY & THE FAMILY STONE Everyday people  7 INCH VINYL SINGLE  (Japan) CBS SONG-80062  (circ. 1969 – rare Japanese 7 inch in what may be a Japan only picture sleeve.)
Disc: VG+
Light marks and scuff only that come up under 100 watts Sleeve (insert): EX-
Over-all clean but some mild bends and very light browning to back
Over-all a nice copy with minimal wear. +  
RIPPLE I don’t know what it is but is sure is funky  7 INCH VINYL SINGLE  (Japan) GRC YK-12-GC  (1973? – rarely seen Japanese PROMO copy of great funk track)
Disc: EX+ to M-
Sleeve (insert): around EX- (to EX)

Actually, a really nice sleeve with no bends 

or issues, only a tape mark to the left hand

side which isn't very noticeable (see scan)

and just a hint of humidity browning to the back of the 

sleeve. Except for these two things sleeve would be EX+.
