Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1961 BLUE NOTE MONO PRESSING OF THE 1961 LP titled 'Goin' Up' from veteran jazz trumpet man Freddie Hubbard and a stellar group. It is Blue Note Records U.S. catalog number BLP 4056, thick rigid vinyl deep groove pressing, thick cardboard cover.

Condition of record is a high VG with a very few visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play and one small surface scratch which can be felt and which will cause a few ticks necessitating the VG grading. Condition of cover is a low VG+ with a small 1/4" tear in the right open edge of the front cover, the small 1/4" beginning of a split at the lower right corner, some small light stains on the back cover slick, some ring and contact wear, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners. I have priced this sought-after mono early pressing modestly according to its condition, I will leave it to the bidders to determine its final value - This LP would be a choice addition to any Blue Note Records or modern jazz record collection!
