Description
For auction is "The artistry of FREDDIE HUBBARD", on Impulse A-27 MONO, 1963. It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to most of the album. The sound was clean and bright, with the only issue a soft click on side B/2, heard for about 3 revolutions.
Visually, the vinyl is VG+ with a tiny blemish where the pop was heard. Not sure if it could be cleaned further.
The sleeve is VG+ or better, with no flaws of note other than the slightest fraying on the corners. The gatefold has a bit of writing in red marker inside. It's clean, with solid seams all around. The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics. A nice record, in great condition. No reserve, bidding starts at $25.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
