Description

Original 1962 stereo test pressing of “Freddie Hubbard – Here To Stay”, a Blue Note album that was not released at the time. It finally was released iin the late ‘70s as part of the double album “Here To Stay” with a different mastering and pressing plant.

Written in blue ink on the Plastylite pressing plant label is BST 84135, 5-23-63. The Plastylite ear and the VAN GELDER stamp are in the run-off groove. The personnel is written in red ink on the label as well.

The LP is near mint and plays perfectly.

ONLY 25 TEST PRESSINGS WERE MADE OF EACH BLUE NOTE TITLE.
