Description

Up for auction is the following vinyl  lp record album:

Crazy Cajun CCLP-1012
US Pressing/ Houston, TX
Legendary and landmark recording by Fender also utilizing his original name of Baldemar Huerta, recording an all Spanish album during what was arguably the height of his career (mid-late 70s). He then enlisted New York Salsa group, Orquesta Narvaez, to lay down three absolutely tremendous cuts with him!
A Tex-Mex/ Tejano musician travelling to NYC to record an excellent session with a salsa group was never heard of!
This bold move by Fender helped to cement his legacy as truly a versatile musician who was never afraid to take chances and is one of the reasons why he will remain as one of the most beloved Tejano legends that crossed over.
Ultimately, this album sold poorly, as it was only marketed to the Latin/ Spanish audience thus making it a rarity in his discography.

Condition:
Vinyl lp is in VG (Very Good) visual grade condition with surface scratches (nothing deep).
Plays well, with only light surface noise heard in portions. The three salsa/ guaguanco cuts all play excellent!
Album Cover shows mild wear with edge/cornr wear. There was splitting along spine and bottom seam that has been mended/ repaired.
