The best of instrumental blues guitar from an outstanding player. He was as capable with vocals too, as he demonstrated on his brilliant debut - but here he presented 'Strictly Instrumental' tracks. The young enthusiastic blues bands in Britain must have all listened with respect, John Mayall's 'The Bluesbreakers' covered a couple of these note for note! There's not a bad track though, it's a special landmark record.===============================
Condition; The VINYL is VG-, a fair amount of marks visible, but for playback it projects the music clearly - not an 'archive' copy but still worthwhile.
LABLES are VG++ to EX showing modest wear and plays - nice silver text on the black lables. ..... The LAMINATED COVER grades EX as photographed above. bright with some light wear. There's a small opening top edge split for a half inch, the rear is not yellowed, just aged slightly. The disc has not been stored in this cover, so as to keep it in such lovely condition. *
