INFO: National Anthem, which was previously on a 7-inch picture disc which is now a collector's item, is the fourth single from Lana Del Rey's cult-classic album 'Born To Die' now available once again on a CUSTOM-MADE LATHE CUT 7-inch vinyl, now featuring a demo version on side B (specifically the 'rock' Demo #1).
