Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare 1st U.K. pressing of Freedom – Through the Years on the SWIRL VERTIGO label, cat. no. 6360 049.
The record is in VG(+) condition; side A plays perfect and only has a couple hairlines. However, the first song on side B has a thin, sounding scratch which is audible during most of the song. The rest looks and plays great. This scratch is the only thing keeping me from grading this record higher. The labels are in EX condition, with only a couple spindle marks.
The cover is in VG+++ condition, there is some light handling and storage wear on both front and back, some very light ring wear and a small sticker tear in the bottom right corner on the back. The spine also has a couple bald spots, but is still fully legible.
Although the record and cover are not in perfect condition, this first Vertigo album by Freedom is extremely rare and to find as a U.K. pressing. Just how often is this record offered for sale? This is a real must have for all Swirl Vertigo collectors or a prog music fans!

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 15.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlands are very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
Please also note that the shipping costs are the same for 1 LP as for up to 5 LPs (the Dutch postal services charges the same amount up to 2KGs) So If you buy more, the shipping costs for your other LP’s are basically for free.
