Description
On offer here is a VERY rare LP by Freedom called 'Through The Years' and is a UK Pressing on the 'Spiral' Vertigo label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPS ON THE VERTIGO LABEL - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! BACK IN 1971 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 6360 049 I BELIEVE its a FIRST PRESSING but cannot be certain.
Cover EX- Gatefold sleeve has a small surface tear from a sticker removal and has a very small price written in biro on the back. Edges lightly worn.
Vinyl EX- tiny, light surface marks, sounds like new though.
I'm selling off my collection of hard to find Prog Rock and Aussie Rock from the 60's and 70's. All records have been kept in plastic covers since i've owned them and will be shipped with them on, in thick cardboard. Grading is done under a close fluro lamp and played to test for noise.
Happy to combine postage on multiple purchases to save you some bucks.
Grading system as follows;
M New or in as new condition.
M- Very minimal marking if any.
EX Excellent condition, little wear.
VG+ Minor marking, quite acceptable.
VG Marking and signs of wear, maybe cover ring wear
but still acceptable.
VG- Very marked and getting quite beat up at this stage.
G Very badly marked, lots of scratches and maybe a slight warp. Mainly label value only or a filler but still plays with a lot of noise. Will do until a better copy comes along.
