Description

"Fresh Weekly" November 6-12 1979 publication cover.  Unfortunately this is only the cover, not the whole newspaper.  This was a free newspaper in Portland, OR and the cover shot is of Bob Glassley singing with the Rubbers.  The issue documented the "10/29/79" concert and recording of the live LP featuring Rubbers, Wipers, Sado-Nation, Stiphnoyds and others.  This comes from the collection of Bob Glassley, late bassist of the Cheifs and singer of the Rubbers.  All proceeds from this auction will go to help his widow with medical bills.  Bob sadly passed away at 58 on October 17, 2017.  Cover was folded a couple times and has yellowed with age.
