I am strict with grading
Please study pics.
The cover is in Ex- shape due to a few very, very small areas of light rubbing. It is in nice condition all round. No wear, tears, splits, bends etc. A nice example. 
The record is in Ex condition. It plays very nicely indeed and only has very minor and very light and occasional surface noise like all vinyl. Mostly plays very quietly indeed. I am being very strict. A great listen! There is a very, very slight amount of rise and fall during play, as the record does not sit totally flat. Again, I am being transparent. It is negligible and nothing to worry about! The labels have light stains to them- worse on side 1. 
No booklet. A fine and rare record. Becoming quite scarce.
