Laminated Cover has a slight beginning of ring wear you can see towards the top, back Cover has a spot of wear on the top upper middle, a crease on the bottom, with one small on top and light edge wear on the bottom so maybe VG+ The Record is Beautiful glossy and shinny Mint Minus Private Press  FM 001  Popsike show last sold on Ebay was over 2 years ago! VERY RARE
