• If you request a signature from the delivery service, someone at your residence must be present to sign upon delivery. The delivery service will not hold the package and the signature request cannot be removed. They will not make exceptions. If no signature is provided and tracking shows that the delivery service has attempted delivery, no refund will be given.

• Items cannot be delivered to addresses other than your registered eBay address and Items not sent via USPS cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Refunds will not be given if the item was delivered to your registered eBay address. Once the item has been shipped it cannot be rerouted.
