Up for auction is a Extremely RARE lp

THE BERLIN PHILHARMONIC PLAYS under the direction of FURTWANGLER and Others (CELIBIDACHE):

This lp was released on the Period Record label as SPL 716. Original 1952 US Pressing.

Condition:
Vinyl is in NEAR MINT- (NM-) Condition!!!

Album Cover shows light standard shelf wear. Album cover binding is nice and tight which is quite rare with the releases on the Period label, add to the fact that this lp is one of the most sought after lps for fans of the BPO/Furtwangler as it was the soundtrack to the film 'Symphony' and was authorized by contract between Ambassador Films and Period Records for release.
Outside of a Japanese issued laser disc of the rare film, this is perhaps the only way to experience this rare symphonic beast!!!
