NOTES: Impossible to find early Oklahoma punk record "Programming & Production For Profit". Crazy noisy new wave, almost Krautrock-esque experimental at times. It's pretty shocking to me that this was created in Oklahoma in 1980. This is the first release on the seminal OK punk label Cynykyl. The picture sleeves were very rare, as few as 100, and were hand assembled by the band. They're stapled xeroxed sheets, very DIY. The sleeve is a little dog eared, it's oversized, and just paper. This came from Chris Stearman, the lead singer of the Randys, also on Cynykyl.
