Lakeside album (12" 1045-A) Original First Issue

You are looking at a very high demand single in the market nowadays. Fabulous dutones produced the MODERN SOUL/BOOGIE single in 1983.
The single was sung along with the famous vocalist Ron Perry, quite a rare feature of him in Boogie music. The single was produced right from Chicago and was produced by George Roby.
Lakeside records released the album which was very high in demand and now it is very limited in the market, a must-have.

The record and sleeve is new, sealed and in MINT condition. The seal is a bit wrinkled and torn on one side is some areas but the record has not been touched.
