Detailed Condition Notes:
Up for sale is a rare, original 1973 US pressing of Elton John's masterpiece "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" on double vinyl. This copy is vintage, factory sealed, and features the original catalog number MCA2-10003 with no barcode on the jacket.
Please note the following age-related wear to the factory shrink wrap:

Bottom Seam Split: The aged shrink wrap has split open along the bottom edge, leaving the bottom right corner and bottom jacket seam exposed. This is due to natural plastic shrinkage over time ("shrink snap"). Important Note: The shrink wrap remains completely tight across the rest of the jacket. The gatefold cannot be opened, and the inner record slots cannot be accessed. The vinyl remains unplayed and securely sealed inside.

Top Edge Split: There is a second, smaller split along the top left edge.

Tag Remnant: There is a torn-off vintage gift price tag on the top right corner of the back cover shrink wrap (as shown in the photos).
