Description
A pretty damn fine stereo example of the first Fairport Convention LP on Polydor from 1968.
It really is a very tidy copy for its age. Cover has no seam splits. Spine is absolutely perfect with no creases. Cover retains high gloss and sheen. Colour is bold and bright. However due to being stored in my collection there is unfortunately some ring wear to the sleeve. There are a couple of small patches of bubbling under the laminate on the front cover. That's it. I buy an awful lot of records and very rarely sell here. I would be chuffed to bits to win this for the right price. I am going to conservatively rate the cover a VG+. I have received records via some sellers grading at EX and they have arrived in lesser condition to this.
Vinyl is also very clean and bright with no visible scratches. Labels are immaculate with very light spindle marks. Again, due to age, it can't be graded as EX, so VG+ again for the vinyl.
We all know the kind of money this album is worth, I have put it up for auction to be totally fair on this. Any vinyl collector will be pleased to win this great example of this mighty fine album at a good price.
That's it. Good luck!
