Description
Fairport Convention LP 'Liege & Lief' in a gatefold sleeve. Released in 1969 on the Original Pink 'I' Island Label. Catalogue no. ILPS 9115. Matrix no's A // 1. B // 1. (Just about readable - you might be able to zoom in on photos 1,2, & 3).
Side 1, come all ye / reynardine / matty groves / farewell, farewell.
Side 2, the deserter / medley :- the lark in the morning - rakish paddy - foxhunters jig - toss the feathers / tam lin / crazy man michael.
CONDITION.............The record is excellent. The sleeve would be very good apart from a thin strip of faded sellotape down spine (probably originally taped on to strengthen the spine rather than to repair damage - see photo). There is also some small tear marks on front cover (see photo 6 close up). Also the ex owner of the record wrote his name in pen on inside of sleeve (see photo).
