Description
This is the original Rare Pink Island label album Liege And Lief by Fairport Convention. It is part of a collection of rarities currently listed so do please check them out as well. This has previously been voted the best folk album of all time and of course features the wonderful voice of Sandy Denny.
The matt gate-fold sleeve has lovely square edges. There is some light wear to the edges and to the spine. (see photos). Nevertheless I grade it EXCELLENT.
The vinyl surfaces shine like mirrors. The matrix numbers are ILPS 9115 A//1 and B//1 signifying this is a 1st pressing. It has some light non-sounding surface lines. Both labels are beautifully clean. Without doubt this is a very nice copy of this iconic album. I grade it very strictly EXCELLENT MINUS
