FAIRPORT CONVENTION - 'UNHALFBRICKING'
Their third album released in Summer 1969 was the first to chart in the UK and is seen as pivotal in the development of English folk rock music.
This great sounding copy is a UK '3rd' pressing from 1969 on the pink 'i' Island label: ILPS 9102
Matrix numbers: ILPS 9102 A//1 & ILPS 9102 B//1
Vinyl weight: 130g
The disc is housed within an unlaminated 'Ernest J. Day' printed cover.
Complete with an original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A vivid & vibrant pair with just a handful of well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with nothing more than a some harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this great looking copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: NEAR MINT
This warm, clean & clear sounding copy has received just a few careful plays on excellent equipment and my single careful play-check at volume could find no trace of any groove/play wear to any track.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
Some general light storagewear which is mostly some rubbing to the rear panel. There is also some toning to the spine but all the wording is clear and unworn and both seams are unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD +
Again, some minor age/handling wear, but no writing, seam splits or tears.
