Description
Clean VG copy of this 1969 classic folk/rock album, getting very hard to find on this particular version of the Island label. Catalogue number is ILPS 9102 and matrices are A1/B1, making it a first pressing. This is very much a 'starter copy' until that NM 'Black Block Island' one comes along!
Sleeve - VG- Intact but there is scuffing, particularly along the spine, as well as obvious ringwear. There is also a name written on the front and back.
Labels – Ex- Very clean, with moderate spindlewear.
Inner sleeve - New polylined bag.
Record – Visually VG-, lots of light hairlines and surface marks. Nothing serious. Side 1 is better than Side 2. Playback is also VG-, better than expected but with light crackle throughout. Generally clear and sharp audio.
I grade all records strictly using the 'Record Collector' guide.
