Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
Pictures are of the actual item you will receive.  This is sealed so the media is assumed to be "mint".  There is a 2 inch split in the plastic seam on the upper right corner but it is still sealed and never opened.  This is a gatefold album so the thickness likely put extra pressure on that seam.
I ship in boxes I've recycled from prior vinyl purchases (I'm a collector too) and I will ensure that everything is packed securely with boxes structured to absorb impact from corner drops.
