Faith "Subject to Change" Test Pressing Dischord MINT

This is a very rare, mint condition test pressing for Faith's "Subject To Change" 12" EP. Dischord Records No. 11, Washington, DC, 1983. "Subject to Change" was Faith's second record, their first being Dischord No. 8, a split release with the band Void. (very sad recent news has reached us, of Void drummer Sean Finnegan's untimely death. He was a great, crazy drummer). "Subject to Change" featured the 5-member lineup of the band, with Alec MacKaye on vocals, Michael Hampton on guitar, Eddie Janney on guitar, Chris Bald on bass, and Ivor Hanson on drums. After Faith broke up, Alec played in Ignition, and The Warmers. Michael, Chris and Ivor joined Alec's brother Ian to form Embrace, considered to be one of the first "emo" bands. Eddie went on to play in Rites of Spring, Happy Go Licky, and One Last Wish. Chris played in Ignition and Chris Bald 96. Michael played in One Last Wish, and Michael and Ivor played in Manifesto. .........DESCRIPTION: This test pressing was one of only 40 made, intended for band members, radio stations and fanzines. Vinyl record has "Diskmakers Test Pressing" "A" and "B" labels, and is in original plastic-lined paper sleeve from pressing plant. (This was the first record we pressed at Diskmakers, after we stopped using Nashville Record Productions, so does not come with nice, thick white cardboard sleeve like test pressings from NRP. "11" (for Dischord No. 11) is handwritten in upper right corner of paper sleeve by me (Jeff Nelson, Minor Threat/Dischord Records). I am also including a nice little promotional postcard Dischord sent out, advertising the Faith "Subject To Change" record...... CONDITION/PROVENANCE: Record is in mint condition, and has never been played. It comes from my punk archives, which are being downsized after having been described as "too big" and "insane." If record sells for MORE than $200.00, however, I will pack record within 2 boxes, and as a result it will weigh more, and Priority Mail/Delivery Confirmation/Insurance will be $10.00 within the USA.
