This is a 10-inch single-sided promotional record for Fanny with Enzio Pinza, Walter Slezak, Florence Henderson, and William Tabbert.
There are two tracks separated by a lock groove.
It is a simulated interview where the artists answer questions that would be asked by a live DJ reading from a script. The "scene" is set by a narrator who brings you into the dressing room to give the impression of audio verite,
