Description
Here is a fantastically well preserved vintage Lp album from my collection offered up for sale: The 1958 album "Buddy Holly", released by Coral CRL 57210 MONO. This is an original 1st pressing with the heavy vinyl and burgundy labels, cover has beatiful potrait photo, has printed plastic inner sleeve showing. Features original Buddy Holly self penned songs and his original versions of "Peggy Sue", "Rave on", "Everyday", "Words of love" (later covered by the Beatles), Little Richard's "Ready Teddy", Fats Domino's "Valley of tears" and more.
The records grade EX, is remarkably clean and glossy, has some barely visible light sleeve marks, nothing heavy, has been well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays excellent with bright sound, no skips or jumps, VERY quiet play! a very enjoyable listen!
The cover rates respectable VG/VG+, is clean, a few small splits have been neatly taped (very unnoticeable), BUDDY HOLLY still reaable on binder despite repair, minimal discoloration noted on right lower rear corner edge, original Inner sleeve. It appears in may have been originally purchased by a serviceman in Okinowa Japan from two stamps in lower rear right corner and name and date written in upper rear right corner. One of just three albums actually released in Buddy's lifetime. You will LOVE and cherish this album as I have done. I will make sure it gets to the new owner safely!. (see all photos)
Album will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record box with a tracking. The vinyl will be shipped in inner sleeves outside cover to prevent cover splits.
