I am pretty sure this is the Egyptian Press. This is much rarer cover than the French issue and is in splendid condition. Few light hairlines and a tiny spot of feint writing on label ( very light ) . The cover just has little bit creasing.
Overall the best copy I have seen.
European Postage
As many people know packets going into Europe are being charged by customs. Be aware of this if it's a problem.
Free UK RECORDED POSTAGE ( just so you know it's £3.20)
