Farm Aid - September 22, 1985
Lot of 3 vintage reel-to-reel tapes
These reel-to-reel tapes are part of a large collection purchased in an estate sale. All the tapes are from the late 1970s and early 1980s.
These three tapes include portions (??) of the Farm Aid concert in Champaign, IL on September 22, 1985. They include music by Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, Lou Reed, Waylon Jennings, Billy Joel, Roy Orbison, John Fogerty, and many others.
I have not play tested the tapes (I do not own a working reel-to-reel player) and I am referencing the stickers on the boxes and/or on the reels to indicate what is on them. They appear to have been stored very safely and appear to be in excellent shape for their age. The label stickers on the boxes are coming off so I will reattach them with tape before mailing.
There will be no returns accepted for these tapes so please bid accordingly. These tapes are being sold AS IS, collector to collector, with no rights given or implied for the recorded material. Please email any questions or for additional pictures.
