CONDITION DETAILS Promo material included (marketing letter). Import from Europe. Made in West Germany. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; very light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; some wear to corners. Top-edge has text and is easy-to-read. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. Bottom back sleeve Text variant. (Not a cut-out.)
ABOUT THE RECORD Coming Back Hard Again, by Fat Boys, repeated the formula of their previous album. This time, The Fat Boys recorded a cover version of the song The Twist with Chubby Checker, who performed it originally in 1960. The single peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 40 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The song reached No. 2 on UK Top 100 in July 1988 during a 11-week chart run. Due to the success of the single, the album received a Gold status. The album also included the theme song, Are You Ready For Freddy?, for the movie A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, which featured Robert Englund performing as Freddy Krueger. The song reached No. 93 U.S.
Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Another song from the album, Louie Louie, is a cover version of a 1957 song by American singer Richard Berry. The song peaked at No. 46 on UK Top 100 on November 5, 1988 for 4 weeks. The album reached No. 33 on U.S. Billboard 200 and No. 30 on U.S. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
