Father John Misty – "I Love You, Honeybear" - Limited Edition Vinyl.
I purchased this at his show at Rough Trade, Brooklyn.  Gatefold jacket with "pop-up" scene (see 3rd photo) which when opened, used to play a MIDI track (no longer plays when opened).
Also pressed on "tri-color" vinyl and includes a folded 24" x 24" poster/insert.
Item was opened/shrink removed but vinyl discs never played/mint condition.  All photos in listing are of item in possession. Additional details courtesy of Discogs.  Hit me up if you have any questions about this unique vinyl release.

Limited edition release in "Dioramic Meta-Musical Funtime" gatefold jacket on tri-colored vinyl including activated midi player which plays the SAP version of the opening track when the gatefold sleeve is opened. Includes digital download code, fold-out poster, featuring a collage of Emma Tillman’s intimate photos (designed by Alia Penner) and an extensive “Exercises for Listening” written by the artist.
