Faust IV Virgin LP V2004

This is the original UK pressing of this Virgin release from 1973.  Matrices A1-U, B1-U

 CONDITION

I use the RC grading categories and have play graded the vinyl on a Linn LP12.

 Sleeve:  Exc-

Both front and rear cover are clean with just a little age discolouration.  There are no tears, splits or creases and no writing on the sleeve or labels. The print on the pinched spine is clear.  There is a small amount of corner wear.

Vinyl:  VG+

The vinyl is excellent for the most part.  There is no distortion and little crackle.  The record is quiet between tracks.  There are few spindle marks on the labels and no obvious scratches on the disc.  There are no sticks, jumps or warps.  Please note, however, that there are several repeated clicks at the start of the penultimate track on side 2 and again later in this track (elsewhere on the LP just a few isolated clicks). 

 POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

The record will be packed in a record mailer with stiffener and posted 2nd class.  I remove all records from outer and printed inner sleeves before packing to avoid damage to covers during transit. All vinyl is dispatched in polythene sleeves.

This is one of several albums that I am selling from my personal collection (see my other listings).  I am not a dealer but have been buying records for over 40 years and have decided to begin ‘downsizing’ my collection.  I will be listing many more records over the coming months, dating from the 1960s to the present day.
