Description

This is part of a big auction of King & Federal 45's I'm running this week. There are also a few rare blues & R&B extras.  Take a look at my other items and keep an eye out for a Herald/Ember auction starting 8/7 and an all 50's Atlantic Records auction on 8/21.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1955


Notes: Cool R&B with some nice sax work from an artist who only released a handful of singles.  Features the first appearance of Sugar Pie de Santo who release several singles herself in the 60's.  White "bio" promo label with black text.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with just some light storage scuffing in the runoff. Nice original gloss, looks very clean. Both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No skips, etc. Labels are clean as well, with just the slightest bit of scuffing at the edges.  See pics, but this is a nice copy overall.

Sleeve Condition: The sleeves on almost all the records I'm selling are pretty much in the same condition: there are wrinkles and some light bends as well as a small pencil number in the top right corner, but no tears or major damage.
